Damn, I feel like I just got called out because this is me - Specimen F...including the infinite inbox notifications (ugh) and not responding back to messages right away. In my defense, I don't believe texting or emailing is the most efficient way to communicate. I actually don't like texting.

As for the telemarketers, it's best that I ignore them because if I get on the phone, I would rather not have to lie or try to think of a reason to decline their offers. They can be very persistent.
