Fantastic Diana. Thank you for writing this. I understand a bit the stress that came with this "glitch" but the only thing that really matters is how you dealt with it. You remained calm and communicated as needed and the writers were very supportive of all your efforts. Though I don't actively use Slack a lot, I see the value in the platform because of what happened to KTHT. Great piece and hoping that this doesn't happen again.
