For years, I visited my grandmother in a nursing home, she was in a vegetative state. It's not something that I would want to relive again. In fact, I was mostly relieved when she finally passed because I knew her suffering was over, so it was easy to make peace with her transition.

So, I can't say that I am for or against euthanasia, but I can understand why someone would opt for it.
