Great message. It all starts with self-acceptance.

…selves. We need to feel good about ourselves, we need to be confident, and we need to learn to say, “ I am Good enough.” Once that happens, when our own perspective changes then only we can accept ourselves for the person we are , and accepting ourselves is the most important thing in life.
