…ar this word, they instantly associate it with meditation, yoga, breath work, crystals, tarot, etc. These are useful tools, but spirituality is a state of being, rather than something tangible. It’s more or less our willingness to change the way we play the game of life and knowing that we don’t have to keep running after catching the bus.
