I agree with you Anthi. Guilt is useless. It will consume us if we let it. I recently learned that we make our decisions based on the level of consciousness we experience in the moments. It has also allowed me to be acceptable of those around me at their level of consciousness. It has made me more tolerant. love this piece and thank you for sharing.
