Recently, I heard someone who is plant based say that we don't like meat, we like the seasoning that we put on the meat. And when I thought about it, in order for meat to be edible, we need to season and cook it. So, technically, are we supposed to be consuming meat at all? I believe meat and processed foods are what cause illnesses, so this Longevity Diet sounds like a good lifestyle plan. However, I would refrain from calling anything a diet. Diets are usually short-term fixes. So, the “Longevity Diet” sounds like an oxymoron to me lol.
