Thankfully, I don't have these issues because UO is not a huge pub. Also, I haven't used the Medium app because I realized that it wasn't beneficial to me as an editor. With that said, I love that instead of just complaining about the platform, you provided solutions. I've been guilty about just complaining about Medium, lol. Whether this would solve the issue or not, it sounds like there needs to be some kind of strategy implemented to alleviate these ongoing issues. Well done, Gareth. Perhaps the powers that be will get wind of this.
