I agree that most of us do need some kind of therapy or a process for healing. However, healing for you may not be the same as healing for the next person. So, I don't believe there should be a measure for what healing looks like.
Furthermore, I honestly don't believe we can fully heal because we suffer from trauma every day. Part of the healing process is to know your triggers and do your best to not act in the same way as you did before. Healing is all about mindfulness and breaking the cycles of our old patterns thru self-awareness.
