How could one possibly still be leaking energy after doing those things? Quite simply. Whenever we don’t give people space to absorb whatever they’re experiencing without us interfering, we are leaking power. Assumptions, judgments and projections drain our batteries like crazy without us even realizing. It’s a subtle leak, but a very real one, nevertheless.
