You have to let go of the mind and listen to your heart, that is where the answers are.

I am in the middle of writing a piece about the heart, so this piece definitely resonated with me.

Self-love is so important and I am glad that you experienced true love with your husband because when that shows up in your life again, you should be able to recognize it. This piece was raw and vulnerable and so relatable. And I love the added touch of you reading it.
